This herb is often used in Ayurveda for its beneficial effects in supporting the health of the female reproductive system at all stages of life. Shatavari (asparagus) has long been used to support women by helping to alleviate pre- and post-menstrual symptoms. Asparagus root promotes blood circulation, supports the functioning of the nervous and hormonal systems.
Ingredients (4 tablets): Medicinal Emblica (Emblica officinalis) fruit dry extract 4:1 653,36 mg, Myrobalan (Terminalia chebula) fruit dry extract 4:1 653,32 mg, Terminalia (Terminalia bellerica) fruit dry extract 4:1 653,32 mg, Medicinal Emblica (Emblica officinalis) fruit powder 66,68 mg, Myrobalan (Terminalia chebula) fruit powder 66,68 mg, Terminalia (Terminalia bellerica) fruit powder 66,64 mg, stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone, emulsifier: sodium salt of cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide.
Usage: for adults 2 tablets 2 times a day before meals.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use a nutritional supplement as a substitute for a full and balanced diet.
