Lemon essential oil promotes recovery after hard work. Provides emotional balance, helps to get rid of anxiety, improves mood and general well-being. Activates mental abilities. 

It has an antiseptic effect, so it is recommended to use when suffering from respiratory tract infections, flu, colds, bronchitis, hoarseness. It is also recommended for asthma patients. Stimulates blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, relieves headaches, helps with hypertension, invigorates and promotes metabolism. 

In cosmetics, lemon essential oil is widely used in anti-cellulite products, as it promotes lymph flow and tones the general condition of the skin. Also added to body creams and scrubs. It is used in hair cosmetics to strengthen hair roots and get rid of dandruff. Strengthens nails. Has a whitening effect.

Use: put 2-4 drops in water in an aroma lamp or on an aroma stone, napkin, cone, wood or unburnt clay so that the aroma can spread in the room. Add 3-5 drops of vegetable oil or sweet cream to the bath. In rooms where there are small children and infants, take 1/2 smaller doses and observe the child's reaction.

Warnings: in its pure form, corrosive and irritating, in contact with the skin, allergies, skin burns and redness may occur. Do not exceed recommended doses. Do not use orally.
