To prepare Bett'r Hummus you need:
- 50g of hummus mixture (5 tablespoons)
- 60-65 ml of warm water
- 20-25 ml of olive oil (or any other)
1) add room temperature water to the mixture and stir until you get a creamy texture;
2) add olive oil and continue mixing until the mixture remains homogeneous;
3) add lemon juice or spices to taste.
Ingredients: roasted Turkish pea flour *, sesame seed flour *, salt *, garlic powder *, cumin powder *. * from organic farming.
May contain peanuts, nuts and sulfite. Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
