White Curry Paste (Patak's). White curry paste is moderately spicy.
Ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, ground spices 16% (cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, spices, fennel), corn flour, salt, acidifier (acetic acid, citric acid), tamarind, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, crushed coriander seeds, dried chopped red chili, black kalonge seeds, dried coriander leaves.
Allergens: May contain mustard, peanuts and nut shells.
Store in a dry and cool place. This product should not be used uncooked. After opening, use within 6 months and before the expiration date.
Preparation: heat the paste in a pan for 3 minutes, add the desired ingredients and leave to simmer until everything is ready.
