DESCRIPTION

Biryani for pasty rice (Indian), 50g

Ingredients: Soya bean oil, onion, mint leaves, shallot, coriander, salt, garlic, ginger, chili, spices and herbs, cayenne pepper, ground turmeric, cumin, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Nutritional value per 100g: energy value 959 kJ/229 kcal; fat 20g, of which you are full. fatty acids 3g; carbohydrates 8,4g, of which sugars 2g; fiber 4,3g; protein 1,8g; salt 8,3g

Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. After opening, it is preferable to use it once.

Recipe

Ingredients required (4 servings):
1 packet Indian Biryani Rice Spice Paste
250 g boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of melted butter or vegetable oil
1 cup (220 g) uncooked rice or basmati rice (1 cup = 220 ml)
1 cup (220 ml) water
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
85 g raisins and nuts or mint leaves as a garnish (optional)

Preparation:
Marinate the meat with yogurt for 10 minutes. Heat the butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry for 1 minute. Put rice, water, turmeric and spice paste in a non-stick pot. Mix well and boil
Add the chicken mixture, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Decorate, mix well and serve hot

Cooking tips:
Instead of meat, you can use peas, mushrooms or vegetables of your choice.
