Korma curry paste (Indian style).

With this mixture, you will be able to quickly and easily prepare korma curry, a delicious Indian stew. This dish has a unique taste. Mild sauce with added cream, yogurt and almonds. No MSG (E 621 - Monosodium glutamate), preservatives or artificial colors added. Does not contain gluten.

Ingredients: Soybean oil, coriander, garlic, ginger, salt, onion, tomato paste, chili, turmeric, black pepper, star anise, cumin, spices, tamarind.

Recipe: Korma curry (serves approx. 4 people):

• 1 pack spice paste Indian Korma Curry
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 450 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces or you can replace it with vegetables
• 1 cup (220 ml) water
• 2 tablespoons of cream, coconut cream or yogurt
• 2 tablespoons of almond flakes or almond flour, chopped cashews and fresh coriander.
