DESCRIPTION
Wheat gluten is a grain protein made from wheat. It is especially recommended for all wholemeal confectionery, confectionery made from wholemeal grains and baking recipes.
Wheat gluten is used Seitan used as a meat substitute.
Recommended dosage: 10 to 30 g per kg of flour
Storage: at room temperature, in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
