Papadam is a thin, crispy delicacy made by sun-drying a rolled dough made from Urad dal. Enjoy a delicious crunch with every bite. Papadamus can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer. It is a perfect snack and pairs well with chutneys and dips.
Ingredients: Urid lentil flour (92,19%), salt (3,60%), cumin seeds (1,1%), asafoetida (0,11%), sodium bicarbonate (2,10), sesame oil (0,90% ).

Preparation: Pour enough oil into the pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Heat the oil. When the oil is heated, put one papadam in the oil and press the papadam to the bottom of the pan with a wider spatula. Remove the papadam after 3 seconds. Lay the papadam so that the excess oil drains out.
Store in a dry, cool place.
