Before bedtime, a great way to relax is to practice long, slow, deep breathing. Sit with your legs crossed with your back straight and loosen your shoulders. Place your hands on your lap with your palms up. Close your eyes and relax completely. Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose. Focus on breathing - as it fills your lungs, your diaphragm expands. Continue this exercise for 1 - 5 minutes. Then lie on your right side and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. (Please ask your doctor if this exercise is right for you)
Usage: For full enjoyment of tea, you need to pour 300ml freshly boiled water into one tea bag. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.
