Before going to bed, a great way to relax is to train for long, slow, deep breathing. Sit with your legs crossed with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Place your hands on your lap with your palms facing up. Close your eyes and relax completely. Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose. Focus on breathing - as it fills your lungs, the diaphragm widens. Continue this exercise for 1 - 5 minutes. Then lie on your right side and enjoy a deep, peaceful sleep.
