Bright Mood tea is a blend of delicious herbs and spices that is recommended for aura of mind after ayurveda and soothes stress and everyday hardship. This recipe includes basil and Humulus lupulus, which is commonly used to balance mood changes. Other herbs like fennel, cinnamon are combined in ayuweed tradition to strengthen emotions and maintain clarity. Use Bright Mood tea when you want to "lift up" or brighten your mood and refresh your mood.
Yoga: For emotional balance.
Sit with your legs crossed with your back straight. Left hand on left knee with thumb and forefinger in contact. Close your eyes and close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale deeply. When you have taken your breath, close your little finger and breathe out. After exhaling, repeat this cycle by inhaling through the left nostril and exhaling through the right nostril. Continue this exercise for at least 11 minutes. Finally, inhale and exhale some deep breaths and relax. (Please ask your doctor if this exercise is right for you)
How to use: To fully enjoy your tea, you need to pour 300ml freshly boiled water into one tea bag. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.
