Tibetan valerian (Sugandhawal) incense
Valerian is a perennial flowering plant with sweetly scented pink heads. It is known as a medicinal plant in Tibetan medicine. It is a naturally derived herb that helps reduce sleep problems and feelings of irritation, sadness, anxiety, nervousness and tension.

The package contains 30 sticks and one incense holder. One stick burns for about 45 minutes.
Handmade in Nepal.
Usage: put the incense stick in the incense holder. Ignite the end of the stick. When the flame is on for a few seconds, blow it out.
Attention: can only be used to obtain room aroma. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Ignite only from highly flammable substances and materials. Never leave burning unattended. Make sure that all ashes fall into a fire-safe container. Use incense in well-ventilated rooms.
