Mango puree.

A great addition to smoothies or a variety of sweet dishes.

Ingredients: Mango (90%), water, sugar, citric acid.

Nutrition value for 100g: energy value 536kj/128,5kcal; fat 0,4g, of which saturated fat 0,1g; carbohydrates 30,5g, of which sugars 27,4g; protein 0,76g; salt 0g.

Store in the refrigerator after opening.

Mango Lassi Recipe: 400ml mango puree, 400ml yogurt, (60ml sugar if needed), 85g frozen ice cubes. Put everything in a blender and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Store in the refrigerator after making.
