Ingredients (in 2 capsules): contains 640 mg of CORDYCEPS active mixture:

• powder from Chinese elderberry (Cordyceps sinensis) mycelium – 250mg;
• pink rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) root extract – 100mg;
• reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body powder – 250 mg,;
• maral root (Rhaponticum carthamoides) root extract – 40mg;
• capsule shell: gelatin

Recommended dosage:

For adults, 1 capsule 2 times a day, can be used for 8-10 weeks if there are no side effects. Swallow the capsule whole with a drink of water, or open the capsule and pour the contents into food or water.
