Characteristics: MOVE HELP is a product suitable for seniors, active athletes and all those who want to maintain healthy bones and joints. It contains natural Aquamine mineral complex and its main ingredient is 100% pure calcified red seaweed of the genus Lithothamnion, which contains calcium, which helps to ensure normal muscle function and calcium is necessary for the maintenance of bone health, and magnesium, which helps maintain bone health and helps reduce fatigue and weakness . The product contains shiitake mushroom, boswellia and rosehip fruit. Boswellia supports the musculoskeletal system and strengthens its function*. Rosehip helps maintain joint health and mobility*. Sea buckthorn is suitable for immunity support, helps reduce fatigue and maintain healthy skin. Vitamin D promotes normal calcium absorption/utilization and helps maintain bone health.

Ingredients (in 2 capsules):  1140 mg MOVE HELP mixture containing: (800 mg Aquamin red algae (Lithothamnion calcareum) leaf powder containing calcium 160 mg or 20% NRV*) and magnesium 56,25 mg or 15% NRV*), 100 mg boswellia (Boswellia serrata) extract, 100 mg freeze-dried shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) fruiting body powder, 110 mg dog rose (Rosa canina) fruit extract, 30 mg sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) extract, cholecalciferol containing vitamin D 10µg or 200%NRV*), capsule shell: cellulose

Recommended dosage:  for adults 1 capsule twice a day before meals. Swallow the capsule with a sufficient amount of water or pour its contents into food or water. 

Warning: Not suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use a nutritional supplement as a substitute for a full and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C. Use the capsule immediately after removing it from the blister. Suitable for use in a gluten-free diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the product's components.
