Manage store staff:
- control and supervise the work performance of employees
- encourage, develop high responsibility towards work duties in employees by example.
Organize social network (Facebook and Instagram) communication.
Master the Latvian, Russian and English languages.
Quickly learn new programs and internet platforms (Shopify, Resico, Excel, etc.).
Workload: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
Salary: 1500 - 1650 euros per month gross, additional bonus from turnover.
