This herb and spice tea "ignites" the digestive fire! Reduction of Kapha. Selected herbs and spices give this Ayurvedic tea its special aroma. This exquisite tea was created and carefully produced according to Ayurvedic principles.
Ingredients: ginger root, coriander, cardamom, cloves, pepper, turmeric root, nutmeg.
Preparation: pour about 1 teaspoon of tea with 1 glass of bubbling boiling water and let it steep for about 5 - 8 minutes. Tip: If you add a little milk, you will get an extra mild tea that children will also like.
