Ingredients: asparagus asparagus racemosus, withania somnifera, glycyrrhiza glabra.

Preparation: Steep one teaspoon of the medicinal mixture (approx. 2g) with 250 ml of water over low heat for 3-5 minutes or pour over 250 ml of boiling water and let it infuse for 10 minutes.
