DESCRIPTION
Beluga lentils should be cooked for about 30 to 40 minutes and will retain their firm shape after cooking. They can be eaten both warm and chilled, so they will be an excellent basis for various salads, to which both vegetables and other ingredients are added.
Black lentils also taste great with fish and chicken.
Beluga lentils are high in fiber and folate.
