It is used to flavor Earl Gray tea. The name comes from the city of Bergamo in Lombardy, Italy, where the oil was first sold. Usage:
✓ for whole body skin care - mix 1-2 drops of essential oil with 10-15 g of base oil (for example, base oil - almond, jojoba, etc.) ✓ for hair care - add 2-3
drops of bergamot essential oil to 0,5 liters of room temperature water, shake and rinse the selected hair as best as possible. Avoid contact with eyes.
✓ baths – mix 3-4 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of milk, honey, sea or table salt, add water to a full bath. The duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
✓ essential oils can be evaporated in a vaporizer or aromatic lamps.

Contraindications: do not use in case of individual intolerance and for skin care of children under 3 years of age. Do not use pure oil for skin care, do not apply to the skin before going out in the sun.
