How to make banana bread with Bett'r mix:
Required:
210 g mashed ripe bananas (approx. 2 medium bananas)
15 ml plant milk or water
30 ml oil or melted butter
Optional: 1 egg (for extra fluffiness)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 165°C (fan) or 180–185°C (non-fan).
Prepare a loaf pan (10×20 cm or max. 12×24 cm) by lightly greasing it with oil or lining it with baking paper.
Mash the bananas well in a bowl. Add the milk, oil and, optionally, the egg. Mix until smooth.
Add the entire package of Bett'r Banana Bread Mix and mix until the ingredients are combined.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the pan comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing.
