How to make Bett'r cookies:
You will need:
80 ml oil or melted butter
50 ml of milk or herbal drink
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (with fan) or 185-190°C (without fan).
Prepare 30x30 cm a baking pan, lightly greasing it or lining it with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the dry cookie mix with the oil (or melted butter) and milk (or herbal drink). Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Create 12 identical balls and arrange them on the pan, flattening them slightly.
Cep 12–15 minutesuntil the cookies turn golden brown.
Leave to cool completely and then enjoy!
