Breathe Deep Tea consists of a mixture of herbs and spices that promotes breathing. The Yoga technique teaches that breathing is charged with Prana. It is generally accepted that Prana consists of water, food and sunlight. However, pressure from daily routine, environmental pollution and improper diet limit Prana's intake. Conscious breathing - especially long, deep and relaxing breathing - is one of the easiest ways to increase energy or Prana and feel much calmer and more focused. Yoga: To open the lungs.
Stand upright with feet slightly wide. Inhale as you lift your arms up above your head and lean back. Exhale when you are bent forward. This posture is called Uttanasana. Continue this calm posture from 1 to 3 minutes. At the end, get up and relax your arms along the sides, take a few deep breaths and relax. (Please ask your doctor if this exercise is right for you).
Usage: For full enjoyment of tea, you need to pour 300ml freshly boiled water into one tea bag. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.
