Conscious breathing - especially long, deep and relaxing breathing - is one of the easiest ways to increase energy or Prana and feel much calmer and more focused. Breath Deep Tea is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal blend of eucalyptus, Inula helenium, basil, ginger, licorice root, etc. Yoga: To open the lungs. Stand up straight, placing your legs a little wide.
