Joga: For emotional balance. Sit cross-legged with a straight back. Left hand on left knee, tip of thumb and forefinger touching. Close your eyes and close your right nostril with the thumb of your right hand and inhale deeply. When you have taken a breath, close the left nostril with your little finger and exhale. Once you have exhaled, repeat this cycle by inhaling through the left nostril and exhaling through the right nostril. Continue this exercise for at least 11 minutes. Finally, take a few deep breaths in and out and relax. (Please ask your doctor if this exercise is right for you)
