Cantonese lemon sauce
No added MSG (E 621 - Monosodium glutamate), preservatives or artificial colors. Does not contain gluten.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, lactose, brown sugar, lemon vinegar (lemon, salt, citric acid E330), modified tapioca starch, malic acid (E296), salt.

Cantonese lemon sauce (approx. 3 people): 1 lemon sauce, 2 tablespoons water, 450 g chicken fillet cut into cubes or use vegetables, 1 egg (beaten), ½ cup (125 g), corn flour, oil for frying. For garnish, fried lemon slices and onions. You can adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding water or coconut milk.
Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Use the entire packet after opening.
