DESCRIPTION
This spice paste combines garlic, red chilies, and ginger. The sauce is extremely spicy.
Ingredients: fermented soybeans (water, soybeans, wheat flour, salt, sugar), onion, soybean oil, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn, wheat, garlic, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauces (water, soybeans, salt, sugar, wheat flour), tomato paste, salt, maltodextrin, chili oleoresin (0,1%), coloring E150c, E160c.

One way to prepare it: 1 packet of Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Mixture Seasoning Paste, 350 g peeled shrimp, 2 tsp cornstarch or corn flour, 2-3 tbsp oil, onions, cut into 2,5 cm lengths as garnish.
Preparation: Mix cornstarch or corn flour with shrimp. Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 1 minute. Reduce heat and add spice paste and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Serve with rice or bread.
