This spice paste combines garlic, red chilli and ginger.
The sauce is extremely spicy.
One of the ways of preparation:
1 sachet Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Spice Paste
350 g shelled shrimps,
2 teaspoons cornstarch or cornmeal,
2-3 tbsp. oils,
onions, cut to a length of 2,5 cm as decorations.
Cooking instructions: Mix cornstarch or cornmeal with shrimp. Heat the oil in a wok or pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and stir everything for 1 minute. Reduce heat and add seasoning paste and stir and fry for 3-5 minutes. Serve with rice or bread.
