Dried lemongrass can be made into tea: pour 1-2 teaspoons of dried lemongrass, pour boiled water and leave for about 5-8 minutes.
The taste of lemongrass is very mild. The healing properties of lemongrass have also been appreciated by ancient Ayurveda. This herb has antiseptic, stimulating, cooling, tonic, diuretic, diaphoretic and astringent properties. Lemongrass improves the immune system, blood circulation, lymphatic system and metabolism.
