DESCRIPTION
Jasmine rice, or Thai aromatic rice, is one type of long-grain rice. Outwardly, they resemble basmati rice, but have more transparent grains and a more refined aroma. When baked or boiled, they give off a slight aroma of jasmine. Best for making desserts. In Asian cuisine, they are often prepared with coconut milk and mango.
