DESCRIPTION
Dried fenugreek leaves, or kasoori methi, taste like a mixture of celery and fennel. The taste is slightly bitter and pungent. Widely used in Indian dishes. Crumbled leaves can be sprinkled before serving on vegetable and meat curries. Also added to Indian breads - naan, paratha.
