Bamboo coral is the fossilized root of bamboo. It is found in the soil of dried up seas where bamboo grew in ancient times. Due to the process of decay and the effects of salt and iron, the bamboo turned into stone. Bamboo coral is an eco-friendly alternative to blood coral, which is now a protected species. The natural color of bamboo coral is yellowish white. To give it its beautiful red color, it is dipped in or injected with red dye. After dyeing, the bamboo coral beads are polished with resin to give them a shine.

Each bracelet is slightly different because it is made of natural stones.
