Instructions for use: Place the bottle in warm water, let the oil warm to a comfortable body temperature, and then apply to the skin. Using circular motions, first massage the hands and feet, then the joints, abdomen and chest, and finally the shoulders, neck, face, head and lumbar spine. Allow the oil to absorb for 15 minutes and then wash off with warm water. The massage can be repeated 2-3 times a week.
