DESCRIPTION
Black beans are native to India where they have been cultivated since ancient times and are one of the most valued pulses in India. They are very popular in Indian cuisine where they are used very often. This flour has a special, rich taste and when added with liquid, it creates a well-sticky consistency, so in India it is mostly used for preparing various snacks and scones.
