DESCRIPTION

This procedure is recommended not only as a daily ritual, but also in cases of acute and chronic LOR diseases, rhinitis of various etiologies (viral, bacterial, allergic) and headaches, when memory and attention are impaired, and during physical and mental fatigue. This procedure improves nasal breathing, gives the body a power surge, and is an effective procedure for influenza, ARS and common colds.

Nasal irrigation: Pour warm, boiled water into the kettle, add 500 teaspoon of sea salt to every 1ml of water. Stir thoroughly until the salt is completely dissolved. The solution to be prepared should have the salinity of tears, if a burning sensation or other unpleasant sensations occur during rinsing, then too much or too little salt has been added to the solution, or the water is too hot. Stand over the bathtub or sink, feet shoulder-width apart, head and back parallel to the floor, carefully insert the nozzle into the right nostril and turn the head to the right in line with the shoulder. Pour the liquid slowly, mouth open, breathing calmly through the mouth. The water should start to flow out through the other nostril, if it starts to flow into the mouth, you don't need to swallow it down, but just turn your head more towards the shoulder. When one nostril is flushed, blow your nose, making 20-30 quick exhalations and inhalations through the nose, tilting your head to to different parties. Put the tip of the kettle in the other nostril and repeat the procedure. At the end of the procedure, blow your nose again, making 20-30 quick exhalations and inhalations through the nose, tilting your head to different sides. To get the maximum effect from this procedure, put a few drops of Ayurvedic nasal oil in the nose after 10-15 minutes.

Recommendations: In autumn and winter, it is not recommended to do this procedure before going outside. The rinsing procedure is recommended daily for adults and children. As with other hygiene items, each family member should have his or her own.
