Detox Yogi tea BIO (Feel Pure)

Ayurveda means "science of life" and teaches that the universe consists of five types of energy or Tattvas: earth, air, water, fire and ether. The mixture of various Tattvas and their grouping constitutes life. Ayurveda recommends that fire and air be in balance and ensure adequate metabolic activity.

Detox tea contains a blend of herbs and spices that have been used in India for centuries to promote internal cleansing by regulating fire and air energies. Detox tea is recommended for weight correction programs and during fasting.

Yoga: Purification. Sit with your knees slightly bent. Lean forward, both arms forward with palms together. This posture is called Guru Pranam. Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose for at least 1-3 minutes. Then slowly rise up, take a few deep breaths and relax.

Use: To fully enjoy the tea, you need to pour 300ml of freshly boiled water on one tea bag. Allow to steep for 7 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavor.

Ayurveda: VATA - reduces; PITTA - neutral; KAPHA - reduces.
