Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, to the normal function of the nervous system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron.

Ingredients: bulking agents: cellulose resin, calcium phosphates; ferrous gluconate, L-ascorbic acid, tablet coating [stabilizers: polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agents: talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; colorant: iron oxides and hydroxides]; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; calcium-L-methylfolate, cyanocobalamin.

Recommended use: For adults, take 1 serving (1 tablet) with a glass of water during a meal. The tablets also have a score line.
