Pippali or long pepper
A close relative of all known black pepper, both types of pepper are sharp and warming, but long pepper, unlike black pepper, acts as a powerful restorative agent for the lungs and respiratory system in general. It is often used in various Ayurvedic herbal mixtures to promote better assimilation of ingested herbs.
Ingredients: whole pippali fruits (Piper longum)
Usage: ¼ - ½ tsp. drinking warm water once or twice a day.
Attention! Plant powder does not replace a full and balanced diet and cannot be considered as a medicine. In certain cases (pregnancy, breastfeeding period, serious illnesses), it is recommended to consult a specialist about dosages. Not suitable for long-term use and use in large doses! Do not use in case of inflammatory diseases!
