DESCRIPTION
This tea contains an amazing, fragrant and delicious bouquet of natural green tea. Green tea has been popular for centuries, not only for its taste but also for its ability to balance body and mental energy.
Ingredients: Green tea* (67%), elderflower* (10%), lemongrass* (8%), mint* (5%), dried kombucha*, lemon verbena*, blood orange oil*, vanilla bean*, vanilla extract*, natural strawberry and peach flavor, natural banana, passion fruit and sour cherry extract.

Yoga: To remove stress. Sit in child's pose. Gently tapping on the lower back slowly and rhythmically for 2-3 minutes.
Usage: For a perfect infusion of green tea, pour 300ml boiled water, which should be cooled to about 80 ° C (chilling 10 min.). Allow 2 or 3 minutes to infuse. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the active ingredients completely into the water.
