Jasmine flower aroma has long been a favorite addition to green tea. To achieve the perfect blend of tea, fresh jasmine flowers are placed in large barrels of green tea leaves where the two aromas and flavors are absorbed by each other. This unique tea recipe combines green tea, jasmine and stimulating and warming ginger. You can drink in the morning as well as throughout the day.

Sit up straight. Hook your fingers together and fix them at chest level. The hands should be parallel to the ground. Then turn your body and head left, then right. Inhale as you turn left, exhale as you turn right. Continue for 1 - 3 minutes.
Usage: For full enjoyment of tea, you need to pour 300ml freshly boiled water into one tea bag. Allow to infuse 2 for up to 3 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.
