With the exception of guarana, there is no plant-based raw material that has a higher caffeine content. Guarana is ideal for exercising, studying or simply as a substitute for coffee in the morning.
Guarana fruit contains eyeglass seeds, growing in Brazil. Dried and ground guar seeds contain 3-5 times more caffeine than coffee. Caffeine is absorbed more slowly and gently from guarana than coffee.
