Taking vitamin K has a significant effect on sugar metabolism, reducing inflammation, detoxification processes.
Cumin, which is widely used in the daily diet of the people of India and Mexico, is good for preventing flatulence.
Ginger can help improve memory, helps remove toxins from the body, thins the blood, resulting in lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol. It is used to relieve joint and menstrual pain.
Use: ½ - 1 tsp. twice a day with warm water before meals.
