Hmeli Suneli is a universal spice: for meat, fish and vegetables. It is important not to add too much spice to the food, otherwise the spice will disturb the taste of the main dish. The spice is widely used in Caucasian cuisine such as kharcho, chahokhbili, sakiya and adjika.
