Enjoy a quick, easy, and guilt-free treat with our Gingerbread Brownie Mix, now with the delightful Christmas flavor of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and vanilla.
Achieve incredible pan enjoyment with minimal effort and guilt-free! Just add oil and milk or herbal drink to the mixture and bake. More shared moments and less time in the kitchen!
Ingredients: coconut sugar*, buckwheat flour*, gluten-free oat flour*, tapioca starch*, linseed flour*, Ceylon cinnamon powder*, baking powder* (corn starch*, leavening agent: cream of tartar, loosening agent: sodium bicarbonate), cocoa powder* (2%), ginger powder* (0,6%), salt, bourbon vanilla powder*, cardamom powder*, cloves powder*. *from organic farming.
May contain particles of peanuts, tree nuts and sesame seeds.
Storage: store in a cool, dry and dark place.
What you will need:
- 20 ml of oil or melted butter
- 200 ml of milk or herbal drink
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 200°C.
- Prepare a medium-sized baking dish (20x24 cm or up to 22x26 cm) by lightly greasing it.
- Pour the oil, milk and brownie mix into a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
- Bake at 190-200°C for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160-170°C and bake for 30-40 minutes until ready.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
