Plantain seeds belong to the plantain genus and are mainly cultivated in India. This is an annual herbaceous plant. The name "psyllium" has something to do with the characteristics of the seeds: when they are ripe, the seeds pop out of the fruit capsule.
When the seed coats enter the intestinal tract, they help maintain normal bowel function, improve digestion and reduce blood lipids and cholesterol levels.
Ingredients: Plantago ovata (Plantago ovata)
Usage: once a day, 1-2 tsp. to a glass of warm water, mix and drink immediately. Use before going to bed. Mix about 4g a day in about 500 ml of liquid, let it swell and then consume. The specified recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
