Country of origin: Ireland
Production: Wild-harvested, sun-dried and sustainably hand-harvested from the icy, clean waters of the Bay of Fundy.
Properties: Rich in minerals, vitamins, fiber and protein. It is also rich in healthy fatty acids, trace elements and antioxidants.
Usage: Dulse flakes are versatile and can add a salty, spicy flavor to brighten grains, soups, vegetables, salads, popcorn, or almost any other dish. Dulse can be brewed as a tea.
Attention! Rinse before use. May contain snail-like particles or sea sand. During the drying process, some of the potassium becomes visible and mixes with the salt on the surface.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
