A few drops of camphor essential oil in an aroma lamp helps to remove fatigue, nervous tension and relieves the feeling of stress. A light massage improves general blood circulation, helps with a stiff neck, as well as muscle pain, rheumatism and sprains. It has an antiseptic and analgesic effect. Using camphor essential oil in inhalations and baths will help you recover from the flu faster.
In cosmetics, camphor oil is used for oily skin, adding a small amount to face creams, aftershave lotions, also foot creams and skin whitening products. It reduces redness, liver, burns, wind-swollen hands.
Camphor oil has a beneficial effect on and heals brittle, damaged hair and is just as successfully used in eyelash care products.
Attention: should not be inhaled by asthmatics. Not recommended for use in aromatherapy massages.
