DESCRIPTION
Madras Curry Paste is a spicy and tangy Indian curry paste for an authentic Madras curry.
Spices such as chilli, cumin, coriander and garlic dominate the flavour, making it ideal for lamb and beef, e.g. with potatoes, peppers and onions. Just add to the meat and vegetables, fry briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk, simmer until everything is done and you're done.
Pasta is very economical, you only need 2-2 tablespoons for food for 3 people.

Ingredients: Water, salt, coriander powder, sunflower oil, red chili powder, cumin powder, acidity regulator: E260, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, red lentil flour, anise seeds, fenugreek, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves.
