Herb Paste for Japanese Curry (Kare Raisu)
Known in Japan as "Kare Raisuäó" is a light curry made from potatoes, carrots, onions and meat. It can also be served with bread or noodles. This curry is one of the most popular dishes in Japan.
No added MSG (E 621 - Monosodium Glutamate), preservatives or artificial colors.
Ingredients: Onions, soy oil, salt, brown sugar, water, ginger, garlic, honey, red chili, yeast extract, hydrolysed proteins (soy, corn, wheat), black pepper, spices, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, flavor enhancer E635, malic acid E296
Curry paste (approx. 4 people):
1 pack of Japanese curry paste
200 g chicken or beef, cut into pieces or use vegetables instead of meat
100 g onions, sliced
250 g potatoes, cut into pieces
440 ml of water
2 tbsp wheat or maize flour
