The salt is separated by naturally drying seawater in clay-bottomed lakes according to the traditional Celtic method, from which it gets its name - Celtic salt. This way, it remains rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, and iodine. This salt has a high moisture content, a typical gray color, and a mild taste.
