DESCRIPTION
Kimchi sauce. Kimchi are basically Latvian sauerkraut counterparts, of course with the accents of their place of origin, enriched not with cumin or cranberries, but with hot pepper (chili), ginger, garlic.
Ingredients: garlic 30%, water, sugar, chili 15%, salt modified cassava starch, vinegar (water, wheat), acidity regulator E330.
