Crystal bowls act directly on the chakras, promoting balance and higher consciousness, as well as healing. Since each chakra has a vibrational nature and resonates at different frequencies, singing bowls are used for these purposes.

Since our bodies are also made of a crystalline structure, using quartz crystal singing bowls for healing and meditation allows us to respond more quickly and favorably to sound as therapy. This is why crystals are a key element in many different holistic medical healing practices.

HOW TO USE: Always place the bowl on a rubber ring base for stability, maximum sound and vibration. You can gently tap the bowl by dragging a silicone or leather stick along the outer edge of the bowl. Use different angles and speeds to get changes in sound. NEVER hit the side of a crystal bowl with a stick. These crystal bowls are made from quartz crystal powder, which is formed at temperatures of several thousand degrees to obtain its shape. CLEANING: You can clean your crystal bowl with distilled water with a very small amount of natural cleaning agent.
DO NOT use bleach or other chemical cleaners. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. You can use warm air from a hair dryer to dry.
CAUTION: Crystal bowls can crack after prolonged use, so these bowls are not covered by a warranty and cannot be exchanged.
