DESCRIPTION
Ksheerabala Enna is a premium Ayurvedic head and body massage oil with Vata and Pitta reducing properties. It is especially suitable for Pizhichil (oil bath), Shirodhara (oil flow treatment) or Vasti (enema).

Usage: Ksheerabala Enna Ayurvedic Oil does not contain emulsifiers and therefore may solidify at lower temperatures. For optimal use, carefully heat the oil to 36-40°C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After massaging, let the oil soak into your skin for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight, before taking a bath or shower.
